There were two cartoons that, when i drew them I thought would be reasonably popular - this one and the one on economic systems. It turned out both were (my cartoons aren't very popular, so it is a relative thing). I was married for 18 years, so what isn't shown is that the contract rate comes with a contract termination fee that can eat up any savings based on the lower (presumably) contract rate.
