Previous Generations Disliked Automated Customer Service, Current Generation Dislikes Human Customer

Computerized customer service, mostly delivered by websites, has gotten much better at the same time human customer service has generally gotten worse. Now I prefer interacting with a computerized system vs a human.
Projecting this onto the government, if a really smart artificial intelligence ran against Obama or Romney, I think Obama and Romney might be looking for work elsewhere.
